TCW - Matte Gel Medium 2oz/59ml

Use this medium when collaging and decoupaging to adhere paper and other lightweight objects to your projects, while preserving a matte finish. It is also great to add translucency to acrylic paints without adding shine. Try using with a palette knife through stencils, it will give a nice “resist”.

Now in a handy 2 oz. jar! 
When dry it will add a translucent matte finish.
