At Hobby Hoppers we are committed to making the delivery of your online parcels as easy as possible....
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, via Australia Post and every care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days and will notify you once your parcel has been shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address listed on your receipt. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.
Please allow 4-10 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas; and 10-14 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.
Postage costs will be shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

All orders over $99 have free shipping.
Orders under $99 ship for a flat fee of $10.00
Express shipping is also available at checkout.

Express shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas are usually fastest)
Because we sell across multiple platforms it is possible that very occasionally a colour or pattern will be out of stock, if this happens we'll contact you with an offer of a substitute or a full refund.

All New Zealand orders over $250 AUD have free shipping.
New Zealand orders under $250 AUD ship for a flat rate of $25 AUD
