At Hobby Hoppers we are committed to making the delivery of your online parcels as easy as possible....
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, via Australia Post and every care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days and will notify you once your parcel has been shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address listed on your receipt. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.
Please allow 4-10 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas; and 10-14 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.
Postage costs will be shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.
All orders over $60 have free shipping.
Orders under $60 ship for a flat fee of $10.00
Due to the fact that we sell items on various platforms it is possible that very occasionally a colour or pattern will be out of stock, if this occurs we will contact you immediately with an offer of a substitute or a refund.
International Shipping Rates
New Zealand and the United States
Orders over $200 AUD ship for free.
Currently we ship to the US, Canada, and New Zealand.
International Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and are calculated at checkout. International Delivery times also vary and we have both standard and express options available. For standard shipping please allow between 4 - 8 weeks for delivery. Currently due to the Covid 19 pandemic please allow up to 10 weeks.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
